Candidates for hire are identified and vetted from our national network of eligible recruits. Each one is evaluated and hand selected to best fit the project needs, job requirements, and corporate culture. We offer Job Training, Workshops, and Seminars to ensure job readiness.

ON-BOARD / ASSIMILATE: 04
Ultra-Tek speeds up on-boarding for new hires becoming your fast-track HR Department. We review company policies, set up insurance, and examine the benefits available for all new hires and their family such as 401Ks. With questions answered, new hires are ushered into their first day of work, focused and ready.

DEPLOY / FACILIATE: 05
The introductory period for a new hire is critical. That’s why the team at Ultra-Tek stays in communication, facilitating a smooth transition after deployment. We stand-by, ready to trouble-shoot any issues that may arise and maintain a pipeline for future qualified candidates based on need.
